However, this scholarship board is run under the policy of the State Emergency on Education and learning.

Besides, it aims towards sponsoring the Yobe state citizens who want to study abroad.

For you to be eligible for this scholarship award.

You are to choose a course from all eligible courses/fields of study and undergo your study at any university in China, Turkey, as well as Tajikistan.

What are the Eligibility Requirements for the Yobe State Scholarship?

To be eligible for the Yobe state scholarship, you must meet the following requirements;

  • Be an indigene of Yobe State in Nigeria.
  • You have possessed a minimum of five (5) credits, including Mathematics and English Language for Undergraduate
  • Have completed your Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division for those wishing to undertake a Master’s Degree course.

How to Apply for Yobe State Scholarship Board (YSSB)

To apply for the Yobe state scholarship board 2022.

You are to obtain application forms from the Board Headquarters in Damaturu Local Government Area.

However, the form will be obtained at a cost of One Thousand Naira (N1,000) for undergraduate applicants.

If you are a postgraduate applicant, your application costs Two Thousand Naira (N2,000).

Unfortunately, the scholarship application for the 2022 batch will start in June 2022.

The board will close the sale of the application form in the last week of July 2022.
