UNN Post UTME Exam Screening Date, Time and Venue.

Online registration for University of Nigeria, Nsukka Post UTME starts on October 15, 2021, and ends on December 11, 2021.

The UNN Post UTME portal is still open for candidates to register for the 2021/2022 academic session.

This is so that eligible candidates who haven’t registered can do so.

The UNN Post UTME exam screening date for the 2021/2022 academic year will be from Tuesday, January 25, to Saturday, January 29, 2022.

UNN Post UTME Reprinting

Here’s how to reprint your University of Nigeria, Nsukka Post UTME slip to find out the date, time, and place of your screening exam:

  • Go to the UNN Post UTME Portal.
  • Input your JAMB registration number.
  • Click the submit button.
  • Print out your UNN Post UTME slip.

You can use your phone to find out the date, place, and time of your exam by following the steps above.

But you would have to go to a cybercafé to print the Post UTME slip, which you need to take the screening exam.

Note that it will cost you between N50 and N200 to reprint your University of Nigeria, Nsukka Post UTME slip, depending on where you are.

Your Post UTME slip can be a black-and-white or coloured printout, depending on what you choose. Both are acceptable by UNN.

Do not let anyone convince you when you get to Nsukka that UNN only accepts coloured printouts for the exam.

To take the screening exams, all you need is a printout of your UNN Post UTME slip and a nose mask.

Transport Companies In Nsukka

Post-UTME students who live outside of Enugu State should use any of the transport companies in Nsukka;

  • Globis Motors Ltd
  • Ifesinachi

Keep in mind that other Nigerian transportation companies may also consider taking students to Nsukka.

Locating UNN Nsukka Campus

All of Nsukka’s transport companies end their routes in front of or near the entrance to Ogige Market.

  • Ask for directions to the UNN Shuttle Park.
  • Pay the shuttle fee of N50 for the bus or N60 for a taxi.
  • The bus or taxi will take you to Nsukka Campus.

Keep in mind that the price of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka shuttle may go up by N10 or N20 during the Post UTME exam.

Warning

Students who have an exam on Tuesday, 25th should know that it is not a good idea to come to Nsukka on Monday, 24th.

It’s due to the IPOB sit-at-home order in Nigeria’s southeast. You should arrive in Nsukka on Sunday, the 23rd.

Applicants whose exams are on Wednesday, the 26th, can come to Nsukka on Tuesday, the 25th.

Requirements for UNN Post UTME Examination

Here are the requirements to take the University of Nigeria, Nsukka Post-UTME exam:

  • UNN Post UTME Slip (Colored or Black & White).
  • Nose mask.
  • Pen or Pencil for Calculation.

Note that you don’t have to bring a coloured printout to the Post-UTME venue. A black-and-white Post-UTME slip can be used.

UNN Post UTME Exam Format

The UNN Post UTME exam is 60 questions long and takes one hour. Questions are based on the subjects you chose on your JAMB form.

What I mean is that if you wrote Use of English, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry on your JAMB exam. It is what you will write in your Post UTME.

The University of Nigeria, Nsukka Post UTME is a computer-based test, just like JAMB. For the test, it’s important that you know how to use a computer.

UNN Post UTME Screening Exam Date

The date of the UNN Post-UTME screening exam is between January 18th and January 26th, 2021. Check the UNN website to find out when your test will be.

How Many Questions Are In UNN Post UTME

For each of the four subjects you are writing, the UNN Post UTME has 17 questions (JAMB subject combination). You are to answer 15 questions per subject. In the UNN Post UTME, you will answer a total of 60 CBT questions.

How Does UNN Give Admission

UNN uses the National Universities Commission (NUC) admission quota system for admissions.

45% of admission slots are based on credit for those who meet the department’s cut-off mark.

35% of the quota is for candidates from states in the University’s catchment area, like Ebonyi, Anambra, Imo, Enugu, Edo, Delta, Abia, etc.

Candidates from educationally less developed states (ELDS) such as Kogi, Kwara, Benue, Niger, Kastina, etc are given the remaining 15% slot.

Does UNN Accept NECO

NECO results are considered for admission at UNN and other universities.

But applicants must have at least five credits that are related to the course they want to study.

Does UNN Write Post UTME

UNN writes the Post-UTME exam. A computer-based test is used in the screening process.

The first university in Nigeria to implement post-UTME screening exams was the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

How Is UNN Cut Off Mark Calculated

The UNN cut-off mark is determined by your overall score (JAMB and Post UTME).

The cut-off mark is decided by the various departments after the Post UTME screening exercise. Usually, the UNN cut-off mark is not posted on the University’s website.
