The University of Queensland Destination Australia Scholarship is happy to offer scholarships to adequately qualified overseas students who intend to enroll in one of the university’s degree programs.
This grant is open to foreign students who are enrolled at the University full-time.
Academic achievement, experiences, and employability are all important factors in this scholarship.
The curriculum is available to undergraduate and post-graduate students and lasts a maximum of four (4) years.

The following programs of study are available via the University of Queensland Scholarship, which will begin in the 2022 academic session: Bachelor of Agribusiness, Bachelor of Agricultural Science, Bachelor of Equine Science, Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Honours), Bachelor of Veterinary Technology, Bachelor of Wildlife Science, Master of Agribusiness, Master of Agricultural Science, Master of Animal Science.
University of Queensland Destination Australia Scholarship Requirements
Applicants for the University of Queensland’s Destination Australia Scholarship should satisfy the following requirements:
- International students are required to apply.
- For the period of the scholarship, you must have a student visa.
- The applicant must be a first-year UQ student.
- Must be a UQ alumnus starting a new program (for example, a Master’s degree after finishing a Bachelor’s).
- A formal offer to pursue a qualified degree fully at the UQ Gatton campus in 2022 is required.
- For the period of the scholarship, applicants must be willing to study full-time through Internal study mode at UQ’s Gatton campus.
- For the length of the scholarship, you must live in a regional area of Australia as defined by the Australian Statistical Geography Standard Remoteness Structure 2016. (Australian Bureau of Statistics)
