JAMB

For aspiring Pharmacy students writing the Joint Admission Matriculation Board Exam, here are the required subjects:

  • Use of English (Compulsory subject)
  • Chemistry
  • Biology
  • Physics

Upon successfully writing the JAMB exam, students are expected to meet a minimum cut-off mark of 180.

This is the general cut-off mark for Pharmacy students.

However, this differs in some institutions.

Most top-rated Universities like UI, ABU, UNIBEN, and others have a higher cut-off mark for Pharmacy.

With these institutions, the cut-off mark for Pharmacy goes as high as 250.

Post UTME

As said already, the general cut-off mark for JAMB is 180.

As for the Post UTME, a student should score at least 80.

However, this must be followed by a JAMB score of at least 250.
