Your role
Do you want to learn more about the capital markets’ players and dynamics?
- Be involved in and contribute to providing M&A advice and execution, including spinoffs, takeovers, exchange offers, takeover defence, and joint venture formation.
- Be involved in and contribute to providing M&A advice and execution, including spinoffs, takeovers, exchange offers, takeover defence, and joint venture formation.
- Interact with the equities platform to gain insight into the investor community’s views and trends.
- Be involved in and contribute to providing M&A advice and execution, including spinoffs, takeovers, exchange offers, takeover defence, and joint venture formation.
Your team
You’ll be working in the Global Banking (GB) division of our Investment Bank. You’ll collaborate closely with the GB country and sector coverage teams, as well as the other product teams, to provide corporate, financial institution, and sponsor customers with coverage, advice, capital markets, and finance solutions.
Your expertise
You must be in your last year of study or have just graduated (within the past two years). In addition, you must have a 2:1 or equivalent in your first undergraduate degree, or be on pace to do so. It makes no difference what you’re studying. (It really doesn’t.) However, we’d want to see proof that you can:
