The Teach For Kosovo Fellowship 2022 is now accepting applications.

The Teach For Kosovo Fellowship is a two-year teaching and leadership development program for excellent young Kosovars who are ready to reach their full professional and leadership potential in the classroom.

Teach For Kosovo instructors will be placed in public schools that lack crucial learning resources and will get rigorous leadership development training for two years.

While applying to the Fellowship Program, fellows do not need to have prior teaching experience.

Fellows will be trained in a 6-week Intensive Training program at the Summer Institute if they are accepted for a Fellowship, which will prepare them for the programs in which they will teach.

Fellows will get continuing mentoring from experienced mentors throughout the two-year program to ensure that they can lead their courses and have a good influence on their students.

Benefits

You will be paid a full-time teacher’s salary in the municipality where you are assigned as a Teach For Kosova Fellow.

There is no fee to participate in the Teach For Kosovo program for individuals who are accepted.

Teach For Kosovo Fellowship Requirements

The Fellowship is aimed at Kosovar natives, although they also accept applications from Kosovars in the Diaspora and those who have studied abroad.

Applicants must be current public-school teachers with 5 years or less of experience, young professionals, or new graduates from any area of study.

They’re searching for individuals with great leadership skills, a solid academic background, and a desire to make a difference in their communities.

Applicants must be under 35 years old.
