SheaMoisture Next Black Millionaire Fund Grant Requirements

• The company owner must fill out the application.

• It must be a legally recognized company;

• Must have been in operation for at least two (2) years;

• At least 51% of the company must be held by African-Americans;

• At the time of filling out this application, you must be at least 18 years old.

• Evidence of market validation and consumer traction is required.

• A minimum of $25K in yearly income is required;

• Must be headquartered in one of the fifty states of the United States or the District of Columbia.

Application for SheaMoisture Next Black Millionaire Fund Grant

You must complete the application in one session in order to submit your recipe.

Make a 90-second video explaining your company before you start (include info about you, your products, founding story, business mission, and what sets you apart).

In the application, you’ll need to give a link to your video.
