Swiss Forum for International Agricultural Research (SFIAR) Award 2022

In Switzerland, the Swiss Forum for International Agricultural Research (SFIAR) Award is accepting submissions for the year 2022.

SFIAR (Swiss Forum for International Agricultural Research) is an informal multi-stakeholder organization made up of Swiss institutions and private persons. Without a doubt, they are those who are interested in agricultural development research (ARD).

As a result, it’s no surprise that members come from academic institutes, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), the commercial sector, farmers’ organizations, and government agencies. Individuals, of course, are also members. It’s worth noting that SFIAR’s goals and objectives are:

In Switzerland, information is shared across ARD stakeholders.

Increasing Swiss ARD’s visibility

At the policy level, acting as an advocate

Participating in international efforts as a national partner

Collaboration among Swiss ARD actors is encouraged.
