ReelSkills for Agribusiness (R4A) Program 2022 for Young Nigerians (Cohort 2)
The ReelSkills for Agribusiness (R4A) Program 2022 is now accepting applications.
The ReelSkills for Agribusiness (R4A) program is a training and job-matching initiative that aims to provide young people with the technical and soft skills that SMEs in Nigeria’s agri-processing industry need.
Beyond providing young people with these necessary skills, the initiative will help them find suitable employment in the agri-processing industry. Over the course of three years, 1000 young people (60 percent of whom are women) will complete the training program, with at least 800 of them being placed in gainful professions. The target demographic is 18–35-year-olds with little or no job experience.
The Dutch government is funding this initiative via the Challenge Fund for Youth Employment (CFYE).
