QUEST Scholarships for Engineering Study in UK 2022

Every year, QUEST Scholarships are given to deserving individuals who want to study Civil Engineering in the United Kingdom. Each year, there are six QUEST prizes, each with its unique objective and entry conditions. Applications are now being accepted for a few of the prize categories.

QUEST assists civil engineers at all levels obtain financing. Most importantly, it aids in the recruitment of new talent into the field, who can then go out and enhance the world around us.

CATEGORIES OF QUEST AWARDS

1. UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP

Students in the first year of a JBM-accredited full-time civil engineering degree program in the United Kingdom.

Up to £8,000 in prize money, plus early access to potential employers

2. TECHNICIAN SCHOLARSHIP

Students enrolled in or about to enroll in further or higher education courses that might lead to a career as a professionally competent ICE technician (EngTech).

Up to £1,000 in prize money, plus early access to potential employers.

3. ELOISE PLUNKETT AWARD

Female members who have just completed their professional qualifications (CEng, IEng, or EngTech) and are located in the UK and working on a civil engineering project overseas.

Up to £2,500 in value

4. TRAVEL AWARD

Members having a two-year membership who are traveling overseas for civil engineering-related projects or activities (CEng, IEng, or EngTech – individuals or organizations).

Individuals may win up to £1,500 and organizations can win up to £6,000.

5.KENNETH WATSON TRAVEL AWARD

Individuals or groups of students in their first year of study in the UK who are traveling abroad to participate in civil engineering-related projects or activities.

Individuals can get up to £1,500, while organizations can receive up to £4,500.

6. CONTINUING EDUCATION AWARD

Graduates and professionally qualified members (CEng, IEng, or EngTech) with more than two years of work experience seeking to begin a course to enhance their professional qualification and progression.

Up to £1,000 in value
