Plutus Foundation Grant – Spring 2022 for Financial Literacy Projects (up to $2,000)
The Plutus Foundation Grant 2022 is now accepting applications.
The Plutus Foundation gives grants and resources to financial media organizations to help them build, develop, and manage community-based initiatives that promote financial literacy, education, and empowerment.
The Foundation awards two or more grants to members of the personal-finance media that provide community-based financial education and/or financial literacy programs twice a year. The award will cover program-related expenses such as materials (e.g., workbooks, flyers, slides), overhead (e.g., vendor table charge, picture licensing, domain name acquisition), and other costs directly linked to program preparation and service delivery.
Grant
- Each participant will get a maximum of $2,000 in this round.
Plutus Foundation Grant | Eligibility Criteria
- The Plutus Foundation provides funding to members of the independent financial media who are working to develop financial literacy initiatives in their respective communities. Applicants must be members of the financial media, including but not limited to bloggers, podcasters, vloggers, journalists, presenters, and writers. Educators are also welcome to apply.
- They sponsor projects all across the world, but they concentrate the majority of their resources on initiatives centered in the United States.
Selection Criteria
The grant management staff will analyze all submitted applications for necessary requirements as well as consistency with The Plutus Foundation’s objective. Proposals that are either incomplete or do not correspond with the purpose will be rejected.
The programs most matched with the Plutus Foundation’s objective will be chosen as grantees based on the evaluation findings. However, if the committee determines that no proposal fits the requirements enough, no awards will be given, and the call for proposals will be renewed. If a proposal is chosen and the applicant is unable to meet the contract with The Plutus Foundation, the grant may be canceled and the grant granted to the next qualifying applicant.
