Requirements for the OPEC Young Professional Development Program in Austria

  • At the time of application, OPEC Fund member country nationals must be 30 years old or younger.
  • A Master’s degree from a reputed institution is required.
  • Outstanding academic achievement
  • Be able to communicate well in English.
  • Be able to communicate in one or more languages.
  • Have a minimum of three years of experience in the field.
  • Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, Human Resources, and any other related subject are examples of specializations pertinent to the OPEC Fund’s activities.
  • Working in a worldwide and culturally diverse organization
  • Understanding the mission of the OPEC Fund
  • Willingness to serve the OPEC Fund for a minimum of two years after completing the program if chosen
