The NerdzFactory NYSC Internship Program 2022 is now accepting applications. The internship program aims to discover and develop some of Nigeria’s finest young minds into technology, human capital, and social space leaders.

Interns will serve as PPAs for the company while completing fascinating tasks and learning more about the workplace. Outstanding interns at NerdzFactory may be retained beyond their service year.

Areas of Internship

Human Resources: Will have the chance to manage people, develop the organization’s culture, oversee performance, and manage the organization’s talent. Drafting employment contracts, evaluating corporate policy, and hosting town hall meetings are just a few of the things I’ve done. You will have the potential to expand the company’s human resources operations.

Marketing and Business Development: Will have the potential to increase the company’s market share and revenue. You will have the chance to contribute to a developing company by creating proposals, talking to possible customers, and reaching out to new clients and partners.

Technology and Company Operations: Will have the chance to use technology to drive business development as well as day-to-day business operations.

Project Management: You’ll get the chance to work on some of the country’s most fascinating human capital development initiatives. You will have the chance to own and deliver projects, from creating project plans to meeting with stakeholders to creating project reports.

NerdzFactory NYSC Internship Program | Eligibility Criteria

Nigerians aged 18 to 30 are eligible.
Be a recent National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) participant;
Should be reassigned or posted to Lagos;
Be on the lookout for a Primary Assignment Location;
Technologically minded;
Possess a laptop computer;
Have completed a prior internship (at least one month);
Clearance from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) is required on a monthly basis
