For the 2022/23 academic year, the Ivey Business School at Western University welcomes submissions for the Ivey Global Leader Award Canada for International Students.

The Ivey Global Leader Award honors high-achieving individuals who have previously exhibited leadership potential and who will contribute significant foreign views to the classroom environment.

Ivey is delighted to be one of Canada’s top MBA schools, with an incredibly excellent applicant pool. Foreign applications are assessed to the same high level as domestic applicants, with exceptional international candidates being automatically examined for admission rewards.

This year, it is giving out 10 Ivey Global Leader Awards, each worth $50,000 CDN.

Ivey Global Leader Award | Eligibility Criteria

At the time of application, applicants must have been born outside of Canada and be resident in Africa, Asia, Europe, South America, or the Caribbean.
They must also fulfill academic admissions requirements (GPA and GMAT) and perform well throughout the admissions interview process.

How to Apply for the Ivey Global Leader Award

All applications must be submitted through the official website. When submitting your application, be sure you include the following information:

Transcripts from all post-secondary universities are unofficial. If an applicant obtains an admissions offer, one copy of official/certified transcripts will be requested.
Score on the GMAT (Designate Ivey with code CMB-MG-18) OR a GRE score (designate Ivey with code 0292).
A résumé proving at least two years of full-time job experience is required.
Score on the TOEFL or IELTS (if required for ESL applicants).

Two professional references
Two necessary written essay questions and two needed video questions are part of the online application.
A $150 CAD application fee

Extremely Important

Applicants who have completed all three levels of the CFA qualification are exempt from the GMAT requirement.
