International Merit Scholarships at Transylvania University, USA will be given to students interested in pursuing a degree at the University.

Transylvania University is pleased to offer its International Merit-based Scholarship to international students with exceptional academic records. This grant is for undergraduate students interested in pursuing a degree at the University.

International students who are accepted to Transylvania will be awarded merit-based scholarships in the amounts stated below. Applicants are eligible for financial help from Transylvania University.

International scholarships are given based on a comprehensive examination of the student’s application and will be evaluated immediately upon submission. Global Superior ($20,000), Global Excellence ($18,000), and Global Prestige ($15,000) are examples of potential prize amounts.

International Merit Scholarships Eligibility

Applicants must be overseas students to be considered for the scholarships.
Be a first-year overseas student applying to a participating institution or university in any major. (International applicants are those who have citizenship in a country other than the United States but do not have US citizenship or permanent residence.)
Demonstrate your interest in intercultural learning and exchange by taking action.
Meet the admissions requirements and meet the deadlines at Transylvania.
Students who do not speak English as a first language or who do not come from an English-speaking country will be asked to provide evidence of English competency.
