Jamb’s spokesman Fabian Benjamin, in a statement, announced the release of the 2022 JAMB results on Friday 25th, June.

Mr. Fabian explained that the exams were successful as fewer cases of malpractices were recorded.

However, he also added that the board was satisfied with the utilization of NIN which helped in curbing examination malpractices.

The 2022 UTME was conducted between June 19 and 22, in 720 accredited CBT centers in the country.

Candidates who participated in the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB 2022 Examination should take note that the UTME results will be released in batches.

How to Check JAMB Result With Registration Number

These are the steps to follow if you want to check your JAMB Result with your registration Number:

• Firstly, go to the JAMB UTME Result checking portal at https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/eFacility_/CheckUTMEResults
• Enter your JAMB Registration Number and the email address you used for your registration in the space provided.
• Click on the “Check My Results” button.
• The portal will load your result if your result is ready.
• If your result isn’t ready you’ll have to check back in a day or two.

Moreover, if you do not have access to your Jamb Profile, you can now check your result with your Jamb Registration Number only.

Via SMS

According to the Board, candidates who participated in the 2022 UTME examination could access their results via SMS from their mobile devices.

To check your JAMB result follow the procedures below:

1. Candidates are expected to send ”RESULT” via SMS to 55019 with the phone number they used for their JAMB registration.
2. If you use a different phone number, you will get a response telling you that the number was not used for registration.
3. Candidates who check their JAMB results with their registered number will get a message which will read ”Dear Mr/Miss Y, your result is as follows.”
4. But for candidates whose results were withheld by JAMB, the examination board will send them a message telling them ”Result Withheld.”

How to Print JAMB Result Slip

The cost for the JAMB Result Slip is One Thousand Naira (N1,000.00) only and it comes with passport photography affixed to it.

To print your JAMB results slips, please visit the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) E-facility portal at https://jamb.gov.ng/efacility and then follow the procedure.
