Holland-Zuyd Excellence Scholarship for Non-EU Students to Study in Holland

The Holland-Zuyd Excellence Scholarship: Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, in conjunction with the Dutch government, is happy to announce the Holland-Zuyd Excellence Award for non-EU students wishing to study in Holland for a bachelor’s or master’s degree for the academic year 2022/23.

In comparison to the Zuyd Excellence Scholarship, the Holland Scholarship is a combined scholarship that offers a greater scholarship sum in the first year. This scholarship is split into two parts: a Holland Scholarship of € 5000 in the first year and a Zuyd Excellence Scholarship for the other years.

Holland-Zuyd Excellence Scholarship | Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates must satisfy the following criteria to be accepted for the Holland-Zuyd Excellence Scholarship 2022-2023:

  • For fee-paying purposes, applicants must be classified as non-EU students.
  • Applicants must have been accepted into one of the University’s approved courses.
  • Applicants must have strong academic and leadership credentials.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Be willing to follow Zuyd University of Applied Sciences’ laws and regulations on student behavior.
  • Applicants must not have previously received a degree from a Dutch educational institution.

How to Apply

Applicants for the Holland-Zuyd Excellence Scholarship 2022 should fill out an application form and email it to [email protected] before the application deadline, together with any needed supporting papers.

Documents required:

  • The Holland-Zuyd Excellence Scholarship Application Form signed and completed
  • A personal motivation letter for attending Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
  • One letter of recommendation from your present educational institution, such as a professor or mentor.
  • Curriculum vitae (resume).
