One worthy South African student will benefit from a partnership between FirstRand and the African Studies Centre, which will allow him or her to pursue postgraduate studies at the University of Oxford, one of the world’s most distinguished institutions.

  • FirstRand and the African Studies Centre are searching for the brightest candidates who will get the most out of the experience and return to South Africa to contribute.

Scholarship Benefits

Each year, one student will benefit from the scholarship, which will pay for the whole cost of a master’s degree at the African Studies Centre at the University of Oxford.

Wadham College will host the winning applicant.

The collaboration has been extended for another year.
