This is a writing challenge for a young writer who wishes to express themselves through good writing skills.

However, if you are good at writing, then you should take advantage of this great opportunity given to you by FCMB.

The FCMB Flexx Writing Challenge mostly look at individual who has a good mindset to combine words for meaning.

Those do not necessarily need to be you.

But you can be of help to someone else you know that is way more knowledgeable in writing.

That means this person knows how to sit on a chair with imagination running through his mind.

He/She then uses those images to compose extraordinary writing through the use of the pen.

Most of this writing those not necessarily need to be personal, some might be to address the business needs and national advancement.

Moreover, there are some requirements each student needs to meet before he/she can submit their application.

FCMB Flexx writing challenge requirements

For any individual or young writer who wish to participate in the FCMB Flexx writing challenge, then you need to meet the following requirements;

  • Must be aged between 16-35 years.
  • participants must also have an FCMB bank account.
  • Selected articles will stand a chance to win cash prize N10,000 and be featured on the Flexxzone.
  • There is no DEADLINE for submission

How to Apply for The FCMB Flexx Writing Challenge?

To enter your application as a contestant for the FCMB Flexx challenge 2022, you must follow this procedure;

  • First, you are required to submit original and interesting articles of between 600-1500 words.
  • Your article must be in the following selection area of concentration (Fashion, Entertainment, Tech, Gist, and Fiction)
  • You can submit your article through this link.
  • Participants will get feedback on their articles within 7 working days after they submitted their articles.

However, if you wait for more than 7 working days exclusive of weekends without any feedback from the team.

Participants can go ahead and send an email reminders to the selection team.

Moreover, your email should be sent to the following email address: [email protected].

After you must have sent your email for follow up then the team will contact you in regard to your article.

Remember that there is no deadline for the submission of the article as the writing challenge is ongoing.

Teams and Condition

To participate in FCMB’s Writing Challenge (“The Initiative”), participants must be aged between 16-35 years.

You must have an FCMB account.

FCMB reserves the right to edit received articles for grammatical correctness and suitability for its audience.

Submission of an article does not guarantee that a participant’s article will be featured in the Initiative.

FCMB reserves the exclusive right to select the articles to feature and when they would be featured.

All received articles will be reviewed.

if your article is selected, successful writers will have their article published on FCMB’s microsite – flexxzone.fcmb.com

Only writers whose articles are selected and featured will receive N10,000.

Selected writers are expected to co-promote the Initiative and their articles on the Flexxzone on their social media platforms.

FCMB’s decision in respect of all matters to do with The Initiative will be final and binding on all participants.

There is no fixed time as to when the participant’s article will be used.

FCMB will, however, make every effort to notify participants one week before featuring their entries.

FCMB reserves the right to use all creative assets

Those creative assets include participant articles and other materials related.

You are only required to submit your original work.

Participant absolves FCMB of any responsibility should there be any evidence to the contrary.
