Executive Diploma Scholarships for Women at the University of Oxford in the UK in 2023

For the academic year 2022/23, the University of Oxford is accepting applications for Executive Diploma Scholarships for Women in the United Kingdom.

The goal of this scholarship is to promote deserving female applicants and inspire more women to explore senior leadership positions.

Worth of Scholarship

On each of our Diploma programs, one scholarship of £10,000 towards course tuition is available for a deserving female applicant.

Executive Diploma Scholarships | Eligibility Criteria

  • Academic achievement (Assessed through CV, transcripts, scholarship statement)
  • Professional accomplishment; in particular, proof of leadership ability or potential (Assessed through CV, scholarship statement)
  • a desire to be an inspiration/role model (Assessed through scholarship statement)
  • A willingness and excitement to serve as a dedicated ambassador for the School, expressing the School’s ideals both during and after the program. (As determined by the scholarship declaration).

How to Apply for the Executive Diploma Scholarships

In the Funding area of the Diploma program application form, upload a supporting statement (maximum of 500 words) explaining how you fit the scholarship selection requirements.

General entrance requirements:

  • A first- or upper-second-class undergraduate degree, or foreign comparable credentials (GPA of 3.5). We will examine candidates who do not have this qualification but have a very good work history and/or relevant professional credentials.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
  • The ability to communicate in English (either TOEFL or IELTS, with minimum scores, met if English is not your first language). It’s possible that a prior degree or professional experience in English will suffice.
  • To apply for the Executive Diploma Scholarships for Women at the University of Oxford, you will need the following documents:
  • a CV/resume
  • two references (at least one professional)
  • academic transcripts (including official translations if appropriate)
  • evidence of English language ability
  • two essays (500 words each)

  • The scholarship statement and the diploma application form will be used to evaluate candidates’ eligibility for these awards.
  • When evaluating scholarship applicability, the CV and transcripts supplied with the program application may be considered; nevertheless, we ask that any material you believe is significant for scholarship evaluation be emphasized within the scholarship statement.
  • Candidates are also advised to add context where appropriate, such as if achievement was attained via personal effort, desire, or motivation.
  • Please keep in mind that the scholarship supporting statement will not be considered during the admissions process.
