Ph.D. Scholarship in Department of Strategy and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School 2022

The Copenhagen Business School Ph.D. scholarship is currently accepting applications in the department of Strategy and Innovation.

The three-year Ph.D. program at CBS enables you to conduct research under the guidance of CBS faculty while also receiving research training.

The program is quite international, and you will be asked to attend international research conferences and spend time as a visiting Ph.D. student in another country.

The Ph.D. student will be enrolled in the Economics and Management Ph.D. School. The SI Ph.D. cohort, which is a structured research-training program, will accept the chosen individuals.

This contains a set of courses on topics such as innovation, entrepreneurship, econometrics, and publishing, among others.

Ph.D. alumni from CBS are valued not just in academia and research institutes, but also in government and industry, where their research skills are in great demand.

Recent SI Ph.D. grads have found jobs at SKEMA, Tilburg University, IESE, and the University of Southern California.

Worth of Scholarship

According to the national Danish collective agreement, the three-year scholarships are fully paid employment.

The scholarship covers tuition, office space, travel subsidies, and a monthly income ranging from DKK 28,000 (about 3,700 euro) to DKK 31,600 (approximately 4,200 euro), depending on seniority, and a pension contribution of 17.1 percent of the basic pay.
