Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) Youth Leadership Program 2022

The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) Youth Leadership Program 2022 is now accepting applications.

CIPE Youth Leadership Program

The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) acknowledges youth’s potential as change agents and thinks that young can – and should – be involved as vital stakeholders in the development of more resilient and inclusive democracies and markets.

The CIPE Youth Leadership Program is a five-month non-residential program that aims to increase the visibility of economic issues affecting youth as a critical piece of post-pandemic recovery, as well as create a platform for young people to amplify their voices and ideas. It builds on CIPE’s previous experience developing youth as future civic, political, and business leaders, supporting youth advocacy campaigns, and providing entrepreneurship training.

The CIPE’s virtual Youth Leadership Conference, which will focus on youth participation with private enterprise and democracy, as well as concerns that disproportionately affect young people and potential solutions, will be the program’s capstone. This event will provide CIPE Youth Leaders a chance to show off their advocacy and research work from the program.

Youth Engagement with Private Enterprise and Democracy is the subject for 2022.
