Available Courses

The fellowship has given in-demand courses in programming languages such as JavaScript,.NET, and DevOps Engineering since its beginning.

The following courses are available to this cohort:

Product Design: Learn how to develop and design mobile and desktop programs, websites, and more from the ground up using one of the most in-demand talents in the world today. You’ll learn:

  • Products, product design, and the product designer role
  • Design thinking and human-centered design
  • User research
  • User experience (UX) design
  • Information architecture (IA)
  • User interface (UI) design
  • Working with design tools
  • Prototyping and usability testing
  • Creating and managing a design portfolio
  • Stakeholder engagement

Data Analytics: Gain a thorough understanding of how to make sense of data by developing algorithms and employing a variety of strategies to uncover trends that could otherwise be overlooked in a sea of data. Intensive training in the following areas can help you become a data analyst in four months:

Quality Assurance Testing: Master worldwide standards and processes for releasing the greatest products and services to the market. You will study the following in 6 months:

  • Software testing — fundamental concepts and terminology

  • Automated testing deep dive
  • API testing with Postman

Bulb Africa Fellowship Program | Eligibility Criteria

  • You must be a true tech enthusiast.
  • You’re a young man or woman between the ages of 18 and 30.
  • You must have a university diploma at the very least.
  • An NYSC discharge certificate is required.
  • At least two guarantors are required, one relative and one non-relative.
