The Amsterdam Merit Scholarships 2022/23 are now open for international students to apply.

Non-EU/EEA students who desire to start a degree program at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) in the academic year 2022/2023 are eligible for the scholarships.

The University of Amsterdam (UvA) aspires to recruit the best students from across the world to its international classrooms. An Amsterdam Merit Scholarship is available to outstanding students from outside the EU/EEA (AMS).

Applications should be sent to the Graduate Schools’ Admissions Offices. The AMS deadlines vary per Faculty or Graduate School. On the Faculty or Graduate School websites, you may find detailed eligibility requirements, selection criteria, and application processes (find links at the official website).

Application deadlines range from February 1 to April 1.
