Africa Talent Programme (ATP) PhD Scholarship at Wageningen University

For the academic year 2022/23, Wageningen University is accepting applications for the Africa Talent Programme (ATP) PhD Scholarship in the Netherlands.

Africa Talent Programme  PhD Scholarship

If an applicant does not yet have a master’s degree but plans to get one soon, this might be noted in the application. Candidates must have a recognized doctorate degree or a fixed date of PhD award in the near future if applying for a postdoc job. In all circumstances, the candidate must be able to communicate in scientific English both orally and in writing.

Worth of Scholarship

This program provides elite African scientists with the option to pursue a PhD or a postdoctoral job.

Africa Talent Programme PhD Scholarship | Eligibility Criteria

Eligible candidates are:

  • Graduates with a Master’s or Ph.D. who are African nationals.
  • Candidates that are female (they are especially encouraged to apply).
  • It’s critical to keep in mind that
  • Only Wageningen University professors (those with the ius promovendi) are eligible to apply for the Africa Talent Programme. As a result, you’ll need to locate a Wageningen professor who will support your application. A professor from Wageningen University may only apply once.
