Academic Excellence Scholarships at the University of Texas, USA 2022
For the academic year 2022/23, the University of Texas seeks applications for its Academic Excellence Scholarships in the United States.
AES is given to students based on their overall academic achievements, community activity, and leadership.
It’s also based on extracurricular accomplishments, employment experiences, and/or any national recognition or success.
Worth of Award
All AES awards provide funds to defray some of the costs of UT Dallas tuition and mandatory fees.
Academic Excellence Scholarships Requirement
An application must meet the following requirements to be considered for AES review:
- Be accepted to UT Dallas as a first-time freshman applicant for the autumn semester after high school graduation.
- By the priority deadline of December 1st, submit a comprehensive application file that includes:
- Use the Apply Texas or the Common Application to apply.
- Transcripts from high school.
- SAT/ACT test results or a completed Application for Admission Without a Score form.
- Any specified extra resources for applicants who indicate on the Applying without Score form that they are applying without SAT or ACT scores.
How to Apply for Academic Excellence Scholarships
Although supplementary resources such as an essay, a résumé, and up to three letters of reference are not necessary, students are urged to submit them.
Deadline: Academic Excellence Scholarships are typically sent out on a rolling basis beginning mid-December.
